WHAT IS VOCAMOTIVE™?

WHAT SERVICES DOES VOCAMOTIVE™ PROVIDE TO IT'S CLIENTS?

Testing services are implemented by a Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) and include both paper and work sample testing using the latest test instruments in an up-to-date testing laboratory. We are able to determine reading, reading comprehension, spelling, written language skills and mathematical calculation capabilities by grade level. We can determine specific capabilities with fine motor coordination which may be useful in various assembly occupations. Comprehensive assessments of mechanical aptitudes, blueprint reading capabilities, logical thinking and problem solving, supervisory capabilities, as well as temperamental and aptitudinal potentials can be clarified. This goes far beyond any standard pre-employment testing.

WHAT SERVICES DOES VOCAMOTIVE™ PROVIDE TO PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYERS?

Vocamotive™ provides a range of services to employer prospects. These include:

• Comprehensive analysis of job duties for skill level, specific vocational preparation, physical demands and other factors necessary to complete a proper ADA compatible job description.
• Development and coordination of on the job training or internship programs to develop low-cost or no cost options for evaluation and/or training of employee prospects.
• Screening and presentation of potentially qualified employee prospects.
• Comprehensive information regarding employee prospects to facilitate proper evaluation.
• Post placement support.

All services provided without fee or obligation.

HOW IS VOCAMOTIVE™ COMPENSATED?

Vocamotive™ vends it's services to insurance companies, employers, law firms, government agencies and other third party payors. Services are provided to private individuals on a sliding fee scale or on a pro bono basis.

Vocamotive™ is paid on an hourly basis for it's consulting services to these organizations. Our clients are maintained on some form of disability compensation payment program so that they have financial support during vocational or rehabilitation counseling. This enables Vocamotive™ staff to take creative approaches to placement not available to employment agencies or similar organizations.

This arrangement allows us to focus on the need of our client for long-term stable employment and upon the needs of the prospective employer without conflict of interest.
